Ron is a business builder with over two decades of experience spanning capital formation, asset management, M&A, and financial markets. He has raised over $7 billion across funds, direct investments, and co-investments, and brings deep interdisciplinary expertise across real estate, infrastructure, financing, and structuring.

Prior to founding CARDO, Ron was Managing Director at DS Investments & Securities (Dash), one of Israel's largest asset managers, where he built and led the firm's mutual funds platform. He was also a founding partner of Israel's largest global Fund of Funds, with over $1 billion in AUM.

Earlier in his career, Ron held senior roles at leading Israeli financial institutions, including Meitav-Dash and Migdal Capital Markets.

Beyond his professional work, Ron founded Matzpen L'Chaim, an NGO supporting at-risk youth in Israel, where he has served as CEO for over a decade.

Ron holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.

Or-Lee is a senior business operations and strategy leader with over a decade of experience scaling companies across fintech, cybersecurity, and GenAI, working closely with CEOs and CROs on go-to-market execution, revenue strategy, and AI tool implementation.

She served as Chief of Staff to the CRO and Co-Founder at Pagaya Investments through a NASDAQ listing and SPAC transition, where she led global revenue reporting, built financial and budget reporting infrastructure across teams, and supported the company’s investor relations efforts. More recently, she built the operational foundation behind a GenAI startup’s early growth.

Or-Lee holds an M.A. in American Politics, History and Jewry from Haifa University and a B.A. in Communications and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
